I suppose that we have definitely been out boating for a month now as its day 31. Today’s programme was much as yesterday, with an assault on the side-hatch doors, one was fitted with a new timber liner and varnished. It was good to find that my measurements weren’t far out, as the timber I had previously cut by Johnson Bros at Deddington needed only to be cut to length as planned.
As Joy is still not up to walking very far a visit to a local church was out and we again listened to a podcast from Trevor at Cityview Church Vancouver. Joy used to look after Trevor & Linda’s children when they lived in the UK, in what seems like another lifetime, especially when we see how their kids have grown up!
